Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy



Returns

Your item(s) must be in its original unused, unwashed and undamaged condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item(s) within 15 days of your purchase. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Beautiful Evil. Beautiful Evil will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

If we made a mistake on the original order or an item is damaged or defective when you received it, you may return it. The original shipping costs will be included in your store credit or refund.


  1. Please email shop@beautifulevilclothing.com to request a store credit or refund before mailing the item(s) and state the reason for your return. Once approved, you will be emailed a return form to print out. Please include this in your return package.

Use the mail service of your choice to return your item(s).

  1. Mail your returned item to:

  2. Pack your return with receipt and original packaging.


Return Exceptions

Items that cannot be returned are intimate garments (underwear, bras, bathing suits, etc.), “Final Sale” items, art, music, stickers, dog items and jewelry.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return. 

No returns will be accepted after the 15-day return period.


Refunds

We do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that was paid on the original order. Once your return item(s) has been received, please allow 1-2 weeks for your store credit or refund to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the refund is on its way.

Exchanges


There are no exchanges. Simply return the unwanted item(s). Then purchase the correct item(s).
